simple to make and crunchy delicious.
you need:
600 g chocolate (I use the 70% dark swiss chocolate)
100 g dry roasted almonds slivers
200 g corn flakes (Uncle Sam's, is my personal favorite)
100 g dried apricots or dried cranberries
- Heat the chocolate in a baking dish at 167 Degrees for 10-20 minutes.
- When the chocolate is melted, take the baking dish out and add the remaining ingredients, mix well
- Spoon out the crossies on a waxed sheet and let them dry out for an hour.
- Enjoy!
